Fuerteventura freestyle is over!
We have finished three double eliminations in five competition days, so the program was really busy when I did also speed at the same time for three days. I was two times 17 and one time 25, but the worst elimination was discarded. The two better eliminations I surprised two good riders Egor Popretinski and today Kevin Mevissen. In my heats today I did forward both side, ponch both side, air flaka, puneta both side, eslider, shaka, spock, grubby and gozada. With not much training of freestyle I was sailing really solid heats and at the end I finished 22nd. With a bit more luck in the seeding and some heats I would for sure finish in the top 20, but the two wins tell enough.
I also started the speed event, but could not really concentrate on it so far. In three days we finished 4 heats and I stand on the 27th place. My top speed at the moment is 33,62 knots over 500m.
