Pegasus airlines PWA world cup in Turkey has started!

A week at home passed super fast. A little time spent for my hobbies, my family and my girl and I packed the things and flew to Alacati, but for a change this time I could fly from Ljubljana and I was not alone. Ales Zakelj decided to join me and try him self in the first PWA contest. We arrived to Alacati at midnight and went straight to sleep. Today I had to register, rig all the sails, prepare all the gear and at 14:00 we started. I was in the third heat of eight as there are 75 competitors registered. In a very gusty wind I decided to take my 7.0 and a SX 68 (105l) with a 36cm Choco fin. I had a good start and finished 4th, top 5 of each heat qualify to the next round. After I changed the fin to 38 cm as the wind was getting lighter, but I had a bad start and in a fight for advancing I crashed on a mark, so I finished 9th in that heat. After the first day I stay on the 33rd place, but it is only the beginning and the forecast is good.
