Podersdorf Slalom after day 2
Two days of competition and two good days of racing. The conditions are super difficult as the wind is changing all the time and it is almost impossible to choose the right equipment. You just have to risk it! The first day I was manly on my Challenger Aero + 9.3 and my RRD X-fire 135. I manage to pass the first round in both slaloms although I had a very difficult first heat in the second slalom. I missed to pass the second heat for couple of meters after Quentel as he passed me on the last mark. Anyway I had a good day which I finished on the 20th place.
Today the wind picked up only in the afternoon, but it got super gusty again. I choosed the middle choice Aero + 8.4 and I was playing with the boards between X-fire 135 and 112. In the third slalom I did to easy jibes and I finished 5th so I did not qualifie. I was very angry, but I fighted hard in the fourth slalom and passed the first heat although the G-88 chreshed me over the finish line. In the next heat I had a massive fight with F - 91 that also chreshed me on the straight, but I manage to pull over him, back to the 4th position. Swift took the chance of our battle and passed us both, so I sailed till the end on the 5ht place.
After two days I am on the 25th place with equal points to the 24th, which is the last place for pricemoney.
