Turkey day 2!
The wind was good all the way from the morning and we started on time at 11:30. I started good my first heat and managed to get 4th. In the quarter final I had a medium start, but I jibed the first mark very well on the inside and managed to get to the sixth place, I was birthing to the neck of Josh Angulo all the way to the finish line and did not qualify for the semi final for few meters. In the second elimination I stupidly risked to much in the first heat and got an over early. Knowing that I already have my discard I went to the start of the third slalom of the day. I did two times a good start, as we had a general recall, and I managed to keep my 5th place to the end although 2 guys were pushing hard from the back. For the quarterfinal I again took my 7.8 and the F2 SX L with the 42cm Choco fin that I used the whole day, but the wind got tricky to start. Dan Allis pushed me upwind on the start line and I was forced to go around him, so I missed the start, I was fighting with him and TUR 2 till the end for the 5th place, at the end I finished 7th.
With one discard I am on the 31st place after four races, but I hope to qualify once for the semifinal to enter in one race the top 20.
